Craft beer bottles and glasses with a beer splash — tap and bottled beer selection at All You Can Steak, Sesto Fiorentino

At All You Can Steak we aren't satisfied with serving great char-grilled meat and our artisan pizza: we want every sip to live up to every bite. That's why we've built a list of craft beers designed to enhance the flavours of our kitchen, and in particular the crispness and DOP toppings of our pizzas. Craft beer, with its incredible variety of styles and aromas, is the natural companion to a convivial evening: it adapts just as well to a classic pizza as to our boldest cuts. If you're looking for a restaurant in Sesto Fiorentino where beer and pizza truly speak to each other, read on.

Our Craft Beers on Tap

On tap we offer two labels that embody two different souls of the brewing tradition.

The Helles is brewed in the Bavarian tradition: bright golden in colour, it offers delicate notes of malt, honey and cereals, with a very subtle bitterness that balances the drink. Light and clean, it's perfect with a Margherita or a Marinara, where it doesn't overpower but rather lets the San Marzano tomato shine. You'll find it at € 4.00 (small) / € 5.00 (medium).

For bolder profiles there's the Bea Comedia Red Ale: amber with red highlights and a creamy, fine, persistent head. Aromas of caramel and red fruit, a full and round body; the initial caramel sweetness is well balanced by the hop bitterness, with a dry, clean, gently bitter finish. Ideal with richer pizzas like the Diavola or the Fantastic Garden. € 5.00 / € 6.00.

Our Bottled Craft Beers (33 cl)

Our bottled selection ranges across small producers who share our obsession with quality.

The Opperbacco 4PUNTO7 (€ 5.00) is deep gold, with Munich malt and American and European aroma hops used to boost the aroma while keeping bitterness low: extremely drinkable, it accompanies any pizza without ever overpowering it.

The Opperbacco Bianca Piperita (€ 5.00) is a Belgian-inspired Blanche with unmalted wheat, oats, orange peel and coriander, enriched with peppermint from a local producer and honey: its balsamic notes make it a surprising match for white pizzas.

The Comedia Catalano (€ 5.00) is a golden tripel with a marked Belgian personality: peach and apricot, spicy notes and a honeyed finish, with a drinkability that hides its alcohol content.

For sweet tooths, the Comedia Honey (€ 5.50) is a top-fermented amber ale with chestnut honey from the Valdisieve, sweet yet balanced on the finish by the hops. Those after character will choose the Comedia Kali (€ 5.50): hoppy, bitter and dry, copper-coloured, with an explosive resinous and citrusy aroma, robust and full-bodied — perfect for the boldest pizzas.

Beer and Pizza: the Perfect Pairing

The secret is simple: the bubbles and the hop bitterness "cleanse" the palate between one slice and the next, enhancing the lightness of our 48-hour risen dough. As a guide, a Helles or a 4PUNTO7 is ideal with the classics like Margherita and Marinara; a Red Ale or a Kali stands up beautifully to richer, spicier pizzas; a Bianca Piperita or a Comedia Honey is the right choice for those after original, aromatic contrasts. There's no wrong pairing: there's only the beer you like best.
