The dough rests for 48 hours at controlled temperature, made with organic Mulino Caputo flour, and reaches the oven fully matured: lighter to digest, with a crust that puffs up in the wood-fired oven. On top go only ingredients with a name and a place: Battipaglia buffalo mozzarella, San Marzano tomato.

The bowler hat worn by Totò in all his films inspired an indulgent pizza: it is called, of course, "Cappello di Totò" and is recognised by its special crust filled with ricotta and black pepper.
Fantastic Garden
The house pizza, built for an explosion of flavour: San Marzano, Calabrian 'nduja, caramelised Tropea red onion and DOP Battipaglia buffalo. It carries the name of the villa that hosts us.
