The dough: Mulino Caputo, 48-hour rise
Our pizzas start from top-quality organic Mulino Caputo flour, left to rest for 48 hours at controlled temperature until full maturation: a lighter, more digestible pizza. We top them only with Italian DOP ingredients, from Battipaglia buffalo mozzarella to San Marzano tomato.

Cappello di Totò
The bowler hat worn by Totò in all his films inspired an indulgent pizza: it is called, of course, "Cappello di Totò" and is recognised by its special crust filled with ricotta and black pepper.
Fantastic Garden
The house pizza, built for an explosion of flavour: San Marzano, Calabrian 'nduja, caramelised Tropea red onion and DOP Battipaglia buffalo. It carries the name of the villa that hosts us.

Yes: long 48-hour fermentation, a tall airy crust, high-temperature baking and Campania DOP ingredients such as Battipaglia buffalo mozzarella and San Marzano tomato.
Do you have vegetarian pizzas?
Yes: Marinara, Margherita, Four Cheeses, Vegetarian, Parmigiana, Caprese and Bufalina contain no meat or fish.
Can I have just pizza without the all-you-can-eat meat menu?
Of course. Although we are known for the €29.99 all-you-can-eat formula, pizza is ordered à la carte: you are welcome even just for a pizza with friends.
