We are looking for waiting staff and chefs in Sesto Fiorentino
All You Can Steak is a Tuscan grill inside the Fantastic Garden villa, in Sesto Fiorentino. We work every evening, from 7:00 to 11:00 pm, with the All You Can Eat formula and the pizzeria. We are looking for two experienced roles: front-of-house staff and kitchen chefs.
Front of house: waiting staff
What you will do
- Welcome guests and look after them through the whole evening
- Serve tables at the continuous pace of the all-you-can-eat formula: appetizers, grilled meats, sides
- Coordinate with the kitchen, the grill and the pizzeria so courses come out at the right moment
- Take care of the mise en place and keep the dining room in order
What we ask
- Previous experience as a waiter or waitress
- Availability to work evenings: we are open every day from 7:00 to 11:00 pm
- Good Italian; English is welcome, we often host guests from abroad
- A team attitude and ease with people
In the kitchen: chefs
What you will do
- Work the embers: bistecca alla fiorentina, mixed grill and the cuts on the menu
- Prepare the Tuscan starters and the side dishes of the all-you-can-eat formula
- Keep up with a continuous service, where courses go out several times per table
- Take care of the mise en place, your station and food hygiene standards
What we ask
- Previous kitchen experience, ideally on the grill or over embers
- Availability to work evenings: we are open every day from 7:00 to 11:00 pm
- Care for the produce: we work Tuscan meat and fresh ingredients
- A team attitude, in a service that moves fast
